Hearts & Rainbows: "The Chunk" 2025-2026 Undated Lesson Planner

This lesson plan book has a traditional weekly box system but is layed out to show two weeks at a time for each subject. This allows you the flexibility to plan for a week or two and work off of the two week plan dating when you start and finish each activity or lesson. This will cut down on planning and rewrites. The planner is divided for you to plan up to nine subjects. Each subject includes a two-page layout to add plans or information for a substitute if you don’t want them to work off of your plan while you are absent. These pages can also be used to provide your substitute with additional information, instructions and more. Each subject also includes two pages for the subject, time(s) and days(s, notes and important information you want at your fingertips. Each subject has enough pages for an entire year. This planner also includes a 2025-2026 calendar for quick reference at the front of the book.  There are two pages in the front that include all of the important information you need such as schedules, building contact information, substitute information and more.  This book is a 6 x 9 sized book with 80# coated paper giving it a luxurious feel for your planning. This book is called "The Chunk" because it is 470 pages which makes it compact and fun to use. This book is bound with a durable black flexible black coil binding.
